Alan received his B.Eng from Nanyang Technological University with specification in Mechatronic and a graduate diploma in Medtech Manufacturing. He started his research career in A*Star, followed by development in Delphi Automotive. Before starting NDR, Alan was involved in commercialization and incubation of Medtech/Biotech start-ups in AITventures. Alan is appointed Chairman of APACMed Start-up committee and multiple Sports and Health organizations. 

Jason Ng received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computing Engineering from National University of Singapore(NUS) and M.S. from Nanyang Technological University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT). At Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research he developed the high precision measurement system which is widely used by companies like Seagate, Sony and Hitachi now. He received the Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award from the Institute of Engineers Singapore in 2016. He published more than 20 papers and filed more than 10 patents. 

Siang Huei received his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge, UK and worked as a Senior Scientist and Division Manager at A*STAR for 12 years. Following A*STAR, he joined SKYCOM Satellite Systems for over 4 years as a CTO. He has 14 granted US patents and around 40 peer reviewed journals publications in his portfolio. 

Carol is our Chief Financial Officer. Before joining us, she was Head of Finance in a leading healthcare start-up. She gained comprehensive financial management experience by serving Tencent, Carrefour and PwC. She holds a MBA from HEC Paris and B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. 

Dr. Taguchi received his M.D. from Nagoya City University (NCU) and Ph.D. in renal physiology from Nagoya City University Graduate School of Medical Sciences. After finishing his Ph.D. research, he joined the Endourology division at the University of California San Francisco as a fellowship for clinical research, including medical device evaluation. He won several international urological awards. He has more than 80 peer-reviewed journals publications and served as an Assistant Professor and head of research at Nephro-urology in NCU.
